Owen got fed up with my telling him what to do the other day and very sternly said to me
"Mom, I am NOT obeying your COMMANDMENTS any more."

Owen has no idea who Captain America is, and neither do I. But he and Kurt went to the store the other day and came back with a pack of Captain America underwear.
The next day I was watching my friends boys, who are older and bigger then Owen (well most kids are bigger then Owen even the younger ones) and Owen immediately told them. "I have captain America Underwear, not Diego."
his drawer is mostly full of underwear with Diego and nice looking Disney Characters....hmmm think they are taking a back seat to the new set...no pun intended.
My sister just had her 5th baby girl a few days ago. They have such a beautiful family and I adore, love and never get to spend enough time with each one of those girls!
I just wanted to record my Brother in Law's email out to the family so I can remember what I had to put up with all the time. :) I LOVE his sense of humor.

We went to Utah earlier this year then usual....to SURPRISE my sister at her highshcool graduation.
She is the last of her parents and 5 siblings to graduate from Provo high school. So we snagged some gowns and took the generational grads shot. (with Ashlee's friend filling in for Scott)

Grandpa was showing Owen to pick the red ones. He found one and took a big bite leaving only the green stem, then threw the stem back into the patch. Owen saw this took a tiny bite on the end of his and then threw the rest of the berry back in the patch...grandpa kind of said "Ohhhh" right as he threw it, and Owen started bawling thinking he had done something wrong. We all started laughing thinking it was so cute! Monkey See, Monkey do...except not always as well. :)
